Overview

Abacus is currently seeking Residential Ductwork Installers to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day.  Our Installers serve the customers by educating them on the available product options, removing and replacing HVAC ductwork, as well as installing add-on accessories when needed while providing quality work while following all applicable local and national codes.

Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

  •  Install, repair, and replace residential HVAC duct systems
  •  Ensure proper airflow and system efficiency
  •  Work with sheet metal and flex ducting
  •  Follow safety guidelines and company standards
  •  Communicate effectively with team members and customer

Qualifications

Do I Have What It Takes?

  • Experience in residential ductwork installation (minimum 1 year preferred)
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints/layouts
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy materials
  •  Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
  • EPA Certification (preferred but not required)
