Overview

The Inside (Recovery) Sales Representative plays a crucial role in our sales team by proactively reaching out to customers to promote and sell open estimates. This position entails not only closing estimates that have remained unresolved but also engaging customers through diverse marketing and sales-oriented campaigns. Additionally, the Inside Sales Representative provides essential support to technicians in closing sales opportunities and exploring financing options that align with customer needs.

 

Earning potential $80,000-$110,000 annually!!

Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

  • The Recovery Sales Representative will make continuous outbound calls to customers throughout the workday. Maintaining a positive, enthusiastic, and helpful demeanor is vital while effectively communicating the benefits of Abacus services and products. This role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction and rapport-building. 
  •  Working closely with trade managers, the representative is responsible for delivering accurate estimates and actively selling Abacus services and products. This collaboration aims to foster brand loyalty and deepen customer relationships, ensuring that clients feel valued and understood throughout the sales process. 
  • This position demands strong teamwork and communication skills, as the Recovery Sales Representative will collaborate with fellow employees, management, and technicians. The objective is to ensure that all sales opportunities are addressed correctly and efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures, thus ensuring the best outcomes for clients. 
  • A key responsibility is maintaining an awareness of the broader objectives of the sales department, contributing to Abacus's overarching goal of providing extraordinary customer service. The representative should be able to see beyond individual sales to understand how their efforts contribute to the company’s mission and customer satisfaction. 
  • Recovery Sales Representative may be assigned special projects and additional responsibilities by their supervisor. This aspect of the role requires adaptability and a willingness to take on new challenges that enhance the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales team.  
  • By fulfilling these responsibilities, the Recovery Sales Representative plays a vital role in achieving sales targets and enhancing the customer experience at Abacus. 

 

Qualifications

Do I Have What It Takes?

  • A minimum of 1 year call center experience.
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Proficient outbound phone skills
  • Proficient written and computer skills
  • HVAC knowledge is a plus 
  • Finance knowledge is a plus
