Overview

Abacus is currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Sales Coordinators are responsible for scheduling clients that request service and dispatch Sales Technicians and Sales Consultants to specified customer locations. This individual will be responsible for building trust and scheduling perspective clients for a time that is convenient for their schedule.

Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

 

  • Maintain communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Outbound dial all lead generations to schedule appointments
  • Complete email and text communication with perspective clients
  • Schedule and monitor daily technician schedule
  • Dispatch sales team according to priority and location
  • Contact customers to confirm next-day appointments
  • Communicate with field personnel via Outlook

Qualifications

Do I Have What It Takes?

  • A minimum of 1 year call center experience.
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Proficient outbound phone skills
  • Proficient written and computer skills
