The Director of Growth will spearhead our field sales division for the organization by applying proven growth strategies and leveraging extensive expertise to drive outstanding results. In addition to overseeing the field growth team, this role is also responsible for managing our retail channel team and sales recovery operations. This position requires a passion for developing people, strategic cross-selling techniques, training, coaching, and leading by example while consistently achieving service level targets. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in coaching residential service technicians across multiple trades to effectively close high-value sales.

What Will I Do?
**Growth Strategy Development:
- Create and implement a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and increase market share in both company markets across plumbing, HVAC, and electrical service lines.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to adjust strategies and tactics for optimal performance.
**Team Leadership:
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development opportunities for sales representatives to enhance skills and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular evaluations and feedback sessions.
**Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to resolve customer complaints or issues.
**Growth Performance and Reporting:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
- Prepare accurate forecasts and budgets and manage sales team expenditures within company guidelines.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales goals align with operational capacity and company objectives.

- Set and achieve ambitious revenue goals across all service lines (plumbing, HVAC, electrical).
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services to maximize revenue per customer.
**Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure all sales activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Promote ethical selling practices, transparency, and integrity within the sales team.
Do I have What it Takes?
-Bachelor’s Degree or combination of education and experience preferred
-Minimum of 2 years of documentable “high energy” sales experience
-Minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential trades sales and service
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Self-motivated, extraverted, tactful, organized, results and goal-oriented professional
-Residential Trades experience is a plus
-Knowledge of fleet dispatch and logistics is a plus
-Knowledge of Service Titan is a plus

-Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office products
