Overview

Abacus is currently seeking a Telesales Agent (on-site) to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering high quality customer service experience every day. Our agents make outbound calls to existing and potential customers while using a computerized system for tracking information, troubleshooting, and providing information about products and services. In addition, our agents schedule service appointments and update customer's accounts.

 

This is a position that offers growth opportunties within the company. We provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in your role as a Telesales agent. 

  • 40 hour work weeks

Compensation: $20-$22/hr

Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

  • Successfully make and handle high volume outbound customer service calls
  • Make outbound calls to capture every opportunity that we have with the customer
  • Maintain accurate customer information and scheduled appointment details
  • Actively promote and sell new or additional services or products
  • Build rappport with customers while maintaining call control

Qualifications

Do I have What it Takes?

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous ustomer service experience preferred, but not required
  • Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications
  • Experience with Service Titan is a plus.
  • Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English and must be able to sit for long periods of time.
